Ongoing client work
Available jobs, conversations and request controls in the client view depend on the role and permissions. For ongoing work, first decide which information the client should access.
HOKUSH / Client portal and job sharing
Communicate with clients through workspace access or a sharing link for a specific job in Hokush. Set the access scope to match the work in either workflow.
A client portal gives clients a place to review available work information and files and join permitted conversations. In Hokush, the client workspace view depends on roles and workspace permissions; an external sharing link presents selected information for one job.
Available jobs, conversations and request controls in the client view depend on the role and permissions. For ongoing work, first decide which information the client should access.
Select the title, description, status and target date fields to share. Choose files separately, review whether the conversation is enabled and set the link’s expiry.
For example, keep a campaign visual draft with its job. Describe the feedback you need and the version to review.
Review shared fields and files. Keep internal team discussions in the appropriate private conversation.
Enable the sharing conversation when you want client comments. Keep it disabled when the purpose is to present files and information only.
Review feedback in the job context and clarify the revision scope and owner. When the work is complete, review whether the link is still needed.
A link provides access to selected fields and files for a specific job. It does not open the whole workspace or private internal team conversations.
Messaging depends on the sharing conversation setting. When the conversation is disabled, clients cannot send messages through that link.
You can revoke a sharing link or set its expiry. Revoking access does not delete the job’s files or messages, and it does not recall files already downloaded.
Request creation in the client view depends on the role and workspace permissions. Review the scope of client workspace access separately from an external link for a specific job.
